Booking terms and conditions

KEY DELIVERY:

 The keys will be delivered to our offices in Punta de la Moral, located in the street Paseo de Pinillo No. 9. MARINA ISLA CANELA.

You must enter walking to the area of the marina, the port is private so you can not enter with your vehicle, enter by the area of the beacons, once you enter on the left we are SOLMARES.

- Our company reserves the right to make additional charges if there are major flaws in the apartments.
-A deposit of 100 EUR is required upon arrival to cover possible extra charges. This deposit is fully refunded within 5 days after check-out, once the apartment has been checked
- In the months of:
July and August check-in takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
rest of the year from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (please ask)
 -There is an extra charge of 50 EUR for check-ins after 9 p.m., or free of charge in our digital mailbox

(YOU MUST NOTIFY US FIRST).
- The pool is available from June 15 to September 15.
- Pets cost 10 EUR per night and a deposit of 100 EUR will be returned upon departure (direct payment upon arrival). Max pet weight 20Kg.



Cancellation policy:

1.In high season (Easter, June, July, August and September, long weekend and peak date);


-If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the establishment will not charge you.
** CANCELLATIONS DURING THE PERIOD FROM JULY 1 TO AUGUST 31, THE AMOUNT TO BE RETURNED WILL BE 50% OF THE RESERVATION, THAT IS 50% OF THE AMOUNT ALREADY DELIVERED IN THE RESERVATION.


-If you cancel or modify the reservation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the establishment will charge 20% of the entire stay.


2.In different periods, you can cancel without charges, up to 7 days before your arrival date, after this period the reservation will not be returned.


***COVID 19.

-CANCELLATIONS:

1) In the event that on the agreed dates, a perimeter closure occurs in your residence area or in the area of our apartments, we give you 2 options:
-maintain the amount with a 5% discount for other dates until the end of September 2024.
-full refund of the reservation.
(this refund will be directly proportional to the days that affect said stay not enjoyed)

OPTIONAL:

SOLMARES HAS HIRED EUROP ASSISTANCE ITS SERVICES FOR CANCELLATION OF STAYS OR COVERAGE OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES IN RENTAL HOUSING.

If you decide to hire it, it is mandatory to notify us and send the receipt, so as not to apply anything else on our part.



-POOLS: It is not the responsibility of Solmares, the opening conditions in the pools, or if the pools are not finally opened this summer season, due to COVID 19.

For any clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.


If, for reasons beyond the control of the establishment, it is not possible to occupy the reserved apartment, the client will be accommodated in an apartment with the same number of rooms as he had reserved.
