Booking terms and conditions

KEY DELIVERY:

 The keys will be delivered to our offices in Punta de la Moral, located in the street Paseo de Pinillo No. 9. MARINA ISLA CANELA.

- Our company reserves the right to make additional charges if there are major flaws in the apartments.
-A deposit of 100 EUR is required upon arrival to cover possible extra charges. This deposit is fully refunded within 5 days after check-out, once the apartment has been checked
- In the months of:
July and August check-in takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
rest of the year from 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm (please ask)
 -There is an extra charge of 50 EUR for check-ins after 9 p.m., or free of charge in our digital mailbox

(YOU MUST NOTIFY US FIRST).
- The pool is available from June 15 to September 15.
- Pets cost 10 EUR per night and a deposit of 100 EUR will be returned upon departure (direct payment upon arrival). Max pet weight 20Kg.



Cancellation policy:

*** COVID 19. In the event that on the agreed dates, there is a state of alarm by the government or higher state, we give you 2 options:
- Maintain the amount with a 5% discount for other dates until the end of September 2021.
- Full refund of the reservation.
(If the stay encompasses, alarm status and no alarm status, the proportional part of the alarm status only will be returned)

A. For stays between January 1 and June 30 (except national holidays and fairs), and between September 16 and December 31:
- If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 4 days before the arrival date, there will no charges.
- If you cancel or modify the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, the entire stay will be charged.

B. For stays during Easter, Fair and between July 1 and September 15:
Cancellations:

-The customer will have to pay 20% of the total price if canceled after making
the reservation and 30% more of the total price if you cancel 14 days before
the arrival date.

Advance payments:


- 20% of the total reservation at the time of booking and an additional 30% will be charged 14 days before the arrival date, as reservation guarantee.
- If you cancel or modify the reservation after the previous deadline, no refund will be issued
- In case of No Show (that is, if you do not show up), the entire stay will be charged.

C. Non-refundable rates
-100% of the stay will be charged when you make your reservation and there is no refund in case of cancellation and / or modification.



If, for reasons beyond the control of the establishment, it is not possible to occupy the reserved apartment, the client will be accommodated in an apartment with the same number of rooms as he had reserved.
