Solmares started its real estate activity around the year 2000, my husband and I were actively involved in the rentals in this area.

At that time ISLA CANELA was the great unknown. We were not natives there but we saw the great potential it could offer in future years. Its wonderfully long beaches are covered by a 7 km promenade, with the residential areas on the front line. An ambitious urban project but respecting the peace and nature above all.

We are a small family business that has grown thanks to our effort and enthusiasm in the area, and especially thanks to our workers, and our great team that has always been around us.
